D.C. United will display Welcome, Birthday, Wedding and Anniversary messages on RFK Stadium's scoreboard at D.C. United home games for a $50 donation to United for D.C., Inc., the charitable arm of D.C. United. For an additional $200 donation (for a total of $250), D.C. United will also display a photograph on RFK Stadium's Jumbotron in conjunction to the scoreboard message.

To submit a "Name In Lights" request, please comply with the following guidelines:

• Fill out the Name In Lights form
• All requests must be received seven (7) business days prior to the specified game
• Messages must be approximately 25 characters or less, including spaces and punctuation
• D.C. United has complete editorial control over all content of messages and reserves the right to refuse any request
• Requests will not be processed until full payment is received
• Once payment is received, a confirmation will be faxed or emailed
• D.C. United reserves the right to specify during which half of the game the message will be displayed
• Messages may be displayed in English or Spanish
